Cottage bacon is cut from the shoulder of the pig, then sliced, smoked, and cured the same way our traditional bacon is done. This leaner version of our bacon that is reminiscent of ham, but with all the great bacon flavor. Cook this bacon all by itself, use it make out of this world BLT's, or use it to wrap vegetables, chicken, or steak.
